How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders placed on a weekday morning Pacific time usually leave the warehouse the same day. Your confirmation email shows the dispatch time once the parcel is scanned out, and checkout shows the delivery estimate for your ZIP code before you pay.

Orders leave our US warehouse. If you order on a weekday morning Pacific time and the camera is in stock, it usually leaves the same day. Orders placed later in the day or at the weekend leave on the next working day.
Checkout shows Standard, Express and Super Express, with a delivery estimate for your ZIP code before you pay. Once the parcel is scanned out, your confirmation email updates with the dispatch time and tracking.
If a parcel has not moved after it is scanned out, message a porter with your order number.
Express and Super Express use the same dispatch cut-off as Standard. They shorten the time in transit, not the time it takes us to pack the order. Delivery estimates are counted in working days, so a weekend or a public holiday adds a day.
A signature is required on higher-value orders. If nobody is home, the carrier leaves a card and you can rebook delivery or collect the parcel from a nearby depot. Changing the address after the parcel is scanned out has to go through the carrier, and a porter can help with that.
